With more than 20 years as a logistics coordinator and later on in executive management positions in the Human Resources, Executive Recruitment, Supply Chain, Logistics & Transport , Jacky possesses a unique range of skills and experiences delivering best practice management and leadership to a wide variety of organizations.

She is highly regarded as a Coach, a mentor and a strategic advisor. She is recognized for her expertise in attracting talent,  acquisition, retention, training & development, leadership and business optimization. 

Jacky has held senior positions in national and regional Supply Chain, Logistics, Express Freight and Brokerage Organizations. She is a regular contributor of thoughts on leadership and emerging issues in these industries.  Jacky is frequently invited to speak at national events, and especially by the Logistics association Groups such as RWAFFA, to address contemporary and future trends affecting the industry and leadership.

Jacky is a hands-on leader working directly with her team from the company’s  headquarters office in Kigali and virtually with the rest of her team across different major ports and airports that are frequently used by her partners. She travels regularly to meet staff, partners and clients.

A keen team member, art therapist, instinct driven and a florist as a personal hobby, Jacky is a specialist in Humanitarian Supply Chains and an advisor to a number of projects. 

Jacky holds dual nationalities, one for Uganda, where she grew up before returning to Rwanda post-war, and the second one from Rwanda. While in Uganda, she worked with the local communities to provide sustainable primary and secondary education, security and mental health support for over 100 orphaned children in Rwanda’s Ndera sector and also in East Africa’s most notorious slum, Kibera, in Nairobi, Kenya.
